When we are not hosting retreats and teacher training courses, we run as a yoga studio offering yoga classes, as well as special workshops and events, usually on the weekends. Drop-in classes and packages available, as well as discounted package offerings for the locals.
Our schedule is different depending on the season, so please email us to check the fall /winter schedule.

Dear Yogis,
Please come at least 10 minutes before the class and sign in (make the payment or present your card) with the teacher or one of the staff prior to the class. If you have an injury etc. please let our teacher know before the class. All classes are open to all, we will give many modifications for our beginners.
We have mats, blocks etc at the studio. If you are using our mats and props, please wipe them and put them back after use.
